What’s the maximum number of participants the B❒X can support?

There’s virtually no upper limit. Each participant gets their own B❒X and works independently or in small groups — making large-scale sessions smooth and engaging.

Do senior leaders engage meaningfully with the B❒X?

Absolutely. The B❒X has been used with Fortune 50 C-suites, board directors, PhDs, and global leadership teams. Senior leaders often find it refreshing — a rare tool that moves past surface-level conversations and into meaningful reflection and breakthrough thinking.

Do we need a certified facilitator to run a B❒X session?

Yes. Only licensed B❒X Facilitators can lead B❒X-based sessions. CtrlX® facilitators are Certified B❒X facilitators.

Is the B❒X a standalone program, or can it be integrated?

Both. You can run a standalone BX session on themes like “unBX Your Leadership,” or you can integrate it with broader programs to deepen reflection and enhance outcomes. At CtrlX®, we also integrate B❒X with other methods like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.

Do participants wear the B❒X on their heads the whole time?

Not at all. That symbolic moment takes up less than 3% of the session. The real power lies in how the BX is used — as a metaphor, a tool for reflection, and a catalyst for change. It’s not a gimmick; it’s a gateway.
