He is a seasoned Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, an Enterprise Agility Coach, and an Innovation facilitator with over two decades of industry experience in culture development, strategy design, innovation management, process improvement, customer experience management, and change leadership development. He brings rich international exposure of driving improvement initiatives in over 20 countries and influencing teams across cultural boundaries.
He has coached, mentored, and certified MBBs and BBs across North America, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East, and Africa. As both a Master Black Belt and Lean Master, he has expertise in leading and managing projects, facilitating, coaching and mentoring transformation initiatives through in-depth involvement and understanding of a broad spectrum of discipline groups and supporting subject-matter experts and the broader Sustainability agenda.
He started his career in Manufacturing, with hands on experience in Quality, Production,Supplier Development and Logistics aspects. Having grasped the basics of lean thinking improvement methodologies at Johnson Controls and Ford, he got certified as a Black Belt, he then shifted to the BPO /Banking industry with Standard Chartered.
